Very, very beautiful & easy to use application. I am currently studying in the travel industry and Ive must say that this application describes perfectly all you need to know about every destinations.
Further improvements is always appreciated. A little bug a bit here and there sometimes.
This application will help me a lot in my studies! A must for travellers.

AFAR provides quick and reliable information about cities, attractions and restaurants around the globe. An essential tool in planning a trip. Valuable when in a city and trying to find something special to do. Fascinating when just day dreaming of the next excursion.

By far the best travel app!! Forget unlike and the others, afar is the app you need when it comes to great user generated content.. outstanding pictures and so many experiences off the beaten path! Great app. Highly recommended!
What I love about this app is how easy I can search and find information about cool things to see and do in my favorite cities. Ive had some great experiences around the world thanks to the recommendations of this community of app users. Its also a fun way to share my personal faves with others, by being able to take a photo and upload it either online or offline with a description about my experience. The days of scribbling down notes on backs of boarding passes are no longer, now I just file all the great tips in my own personalized favorites list on this app. Thanks AFAR!
Some bad moments
App keeps crashing. When you can view app it seems to have limited info that is available on many other apps
Great photos but too many destinations and not enough depth or detail for this app to be helpful unless you hit it lucky and happen to need info on a destination thats covered.
I wasted so many hours trying to use this app while traveling. Its beautiful but wont deliver a great experience. Id rather go back to using a printed guide.
I LOVE this app... But it is always randomly closing on me or taking me to the opening page in the middle of my searches or navigating.
I love the magazine, but this is an IPHONE app. Doubling the size for the iPad screen just results in blurred images. NOT good for a magazine with such beautiful photos. Ill come back when you develop an IPad app.
This could be a great app... if it didnt freeze every time I used it or shut down my phone. I actually have to restart my phone every time I use this app. I want to delete it because of the trouble but it really could be great, holding on for them to work out the bugs. I also cant figure out how to delete a list.
